As mentioned in an earlier post, Farata Systems has created a JavaFX UI for the classic Pet Store demo. For Yakov Fain's perspective on JavaFX (written in early February 2009) after developing this Pet Store UI in JavaFX, check out his article on the Farata Systems website.

When you click on a pet in the catalog it takes you to a grid of photo images which looks like a copy of the example already documented in the blog and article below
